In the government (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Cabinet Office CAO), etc.), I was primarily responsible for science, technology and innovation policy and industry-academia collaboration policy. In the Division of Strategy & Liaison, I am in charge of creating new systems, planning and implementing collaboration frameworks, and facilitating future strategies, as well as promoting bridging between academia and industry relevant to mathematics.

I am also interested in the contributions and applications of mathematics in the cutting-edge fields such as quantum technology, and I will be very happy to work for applying new ideas to the industry.
