Division of Advanced Mathematics Technology
The division of Advanced Mathematics Technology promotes interdisciplinary research of new fields in conjunction with various sciences such as physics, the biological and life sciences, and economics with a focus on numerical mathematics, mathematical statistics, and discrete mathematics. It holds international workshops and seminars particularly on information security, statistics, and computer algebra where the application of mathematics to the real world is being studied, and promotes joint research between mathematics and science and technology. This department will also accept commissions to solve mathematical problems faced by companies.
