I have been making efforts to appropriately combined various
cutting-edge research results at universities and utilize them to solve
problems in industries for many years. Due to the diversification and
complexity of technology in recent years, it has become increasingly
difficult to match technical seeds with needs. With my strong awareness
of the issues, my interest has shifted to building a framework for
industry-academia collaboration, knowledge management, and human
resource development to solve the issues, and I would like to work on
this over the long term.
