In this talk, the speaker presented his latest results on post-quantum cryptography (PQC). The speaker started with a basic explanation of the general thoery of the cryptographic technology, and carefully explained the necessity of PQC and its movement in the world. Subsequently, the speaker introduced lattice-based cryptography, focusing on it as his research area within PQC, and presented results
on an efficient algorithm for solving the Ring-LWE problem. PQC is constructed based on various mathematics such as number theory and algebraic geometry. This talk provided an insight into how these mathematical concepts are explicitly applied to real-world.
