Mr. Shota Shigetomi (D1, Graduate School of Mathematics, Leading Programin Mathematics for Key Technologies) awarded the TM Cherry Prize Honorable Mention for the best student presentation at the annual conference of Australian and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ANZIAM Conference 2021), held during 31 January – 4 Feburuary 2021. The title of talk is “Explicit formulas for motions of smooth/discrete elasticae”.
