I study combinatorial commutative algebra. In particular, I study the strong Lefschetz property, which is a ring abstraction of the hard Lefschetz theorem, and matroids, which are a generalization of linear independence of vector spaces and a conception of cycles in graphs. I wrote papers on the strong Lefschetz property for the algebras defined by matroids. Now, I am interested in the Lorentzian manifolds defined by matroids.
